FTSE China A50 broke above its downtrend line

Last Friday, China A50 finally broke above its downtrend line at 9550. Today, it made an intra-day high of 10400 but gave back some to close at 9945- chalked up a gain of 299 points. If China A50 can clear the psychological 10000 mark tomorrow, this index can rally.

The way to play this rally would be to buy into the call warrants of China A50 trading on Bursa Malaysia. I have tabulated them below. The two warrants highlighted in blue are preferred:
1) China50-CB (out of the money, high conversion ratio but longer tenor)
2) China50-CE (in the money, average conversion ratio and average tenor)

As usual, you need to bear in mind that call warrants are leveraged instruments that magnified your returns or losses. Thus, you need to manage them accordingly.
